Admissions All participants are treated as the mature, experienced and intelligent adult persons they are. The Evergreens Senior Network, Inc. and the Alberta G. Gary Memorial United Methodist Church work as community partners in the design and operation of the Evergreens Senior Day Center, to serve Guilford-Jessup community elders in eastern Howard County. |

Elders eligible for Center services may enroll for regular two or three day-per-week participation, based on assessments completed during the application process. Occasional "respite" care is also available to pre-registered individuals on a stand-by basis. Fees are set to correspond to levels approved for State of Maryland Medical Assistance and Medicaid Waiver benefits. If you feel this program will benefit someone in your care, please feel free to contact us via one of the methods below. We welcome walk-in inquiries. Our Center office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are located at 9504 Guilford Road, Columbia, MD 21046, easily accessible from route 175.
